1. Because you aren't jealous of that hot curvaceous friend of yours! In fact, she works as an inspiration for you to sweat it out even more in the gym.


2. Because you don't start binging after losing a couple of kilos. For you, it's certainly a boost, but also just a beginning.


3. Because you don't lose hope when you notice not much weight loss even after slogging it really hard in the gym for weeks. You are determined that sooner or later, it will happen for sure.


4. Because keeping away from lavish feasts and fattening exotic dishes is well under your control.


5. Because for you, steamed veggies, brown breads, lemon water, green tea, etc. taste much better than the overcooked dishes, white breads, oily and junk food, and juices now.


6. Because you can't be lured into having an aerated drink or a tequila shot when you go out with your party-and-alcohol-loving friends. So, while your buddies have their vodkas and martinis, you are more than happy sipping your healthy green tea.
